Called Kelsa spoke to a lady and went though what it was we required which took around 20 - 30 minutes and was advised I would get a call back from Darren.I didn't receive a call off Darren so after two weeks called back, spoke to same girl who apologised and said she would get him to call by the end of the day.Same again two weeks and no call, didn't bother calling back as they were due to have a trade stand at a show I was attending in a further 3 weeks so waited until then.Spoke to Darren at the Truck Show, went though everything again and gave a written quote for just under 6k + Vat for two trucks inc fitting. Price was excepted and Darren was going to call with a date for the first truck to go in.Darren never called, the whole process was a complete waste of my time, I can honestly say Darren and Kelsa don't even warrant 1 star.These people used to be real good but I would look elsewhere, we used V S TRUCKS at Peterborough in the end and to be honest the service was obviously better but so was the bars.This review is 100% genuine and Darren and Kelsa you should be ashamed of yourselves. Darren or Kelsa please feel free if you want to discuss this review with me and I'll be happy to show you quotes you did for me.
Over the years I have spent thousands of pounds on kelsa bars and I am now trying to speak to Darren at Kelsa which is impossible. I have phoned five times and left my phone number but no call back, if I treated my customers this way I would be out of business!Not good customer service, come on kelsa I wanted to place an order with you but I will now look elsewhere
