Initially I thought as a specialist shop it would very expensive- How wrong I was.Far Far cheaper than using big brands such as H Samuel for batteries and repairs and service is very friendly and professional.Would Highly recommend 5*

An absolutely first class customer service. I purchased a watch from Rubicon at a good price. A short while after wearing the watch, I noticed that there was some condensation trapped behind the watch crystal. I contacted the company and sent a photo and explanation of the problem. They could not have been more helpful and understanding. They sent me a replacement almost immediately which I was most grateful for. After a month of wearing the replacement I was unfortunate enough that a different problem emerged (the date display would not advance). Bit of bad luck as I have had these same watches over the years and found them to be very reliable. I contacted Rubicon and, after explaining the issue, was delighted to be told that they would again replace the item. It is such a joy (but sadly a rarity) in this day and age to encounter a company which provides such excellent customer service. From my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. Thank you.
